What can I say... I bought a bottle. Be aware that many testers and samples don't convey the true smell of this fragrance. If you're smelling pines, that's not what you should be smelling. The sample did smell like pines to me, then I went to Nordstrom to try their tester and it was the same smell. I didn't like the initial pine burst but then the fragrance makes a 180, and turns into something spicy/sweet (vanilla starts to show) and then mellows down to meringue/vanilla. After using 1/5 of my bottle, the pine smell dissapeared. Now the original spray smells like sweet mandarin. It's a fresh/sweet fragrance. It's interesting and non-linear. I'm using my bottle with pleasure, but I'm not sure if I'll repurchase because it doesn't last (or maybe I can't smell it anymore). I like the original Angel too, but you need to resist the urge to wash it off after applying and let it develop for at least 10min. You will be surprised how pretty it is.
