My mom gave me this for my birthday, and I was a little miffed, but after I got past the first few initial trials, it was great. It feels EXACTLY like plucking. So it is not taking that pain away, but you can do all your chin hairs in like 10 seconds. And now, after about 10 times, my chin hairs don't even come in. YEAH!! I have now started to use it on my eyebrows, and it saves on waxing so often. I will go in to get them thinned out still, but maybe once every 3 months instead of every month. I am told you can use it on your mustache too, but I don't need that. Hope I never do.
