I received the product in about 5 days and it appeared exactly as pictured with no unpleasant surprises. I gave it as a gift so I do not know how it tasted. It seemed to be a nice small gift to give.

The Bellagio Gourmet Mocha Hot Cocoa Mix, was creamy and delicious when you follow the included instructions, and even more delicious when you use a ratio of half milk and half water. I have recommended this product to both family and friends.

This gift was going to make the perfect stocking stuffer for my family - but I used them all before Christmas! Each flavor was so delicious and cozy that I had to re-order extra just to make everyone happy! While Orange Pecan is my favorite (it has all the flavors of Christmas with a sort of Southern pecan twist), my sister likes the Chocolate Truffle best because of its rich chocolatey taste. This is definatly a gourmet cocoa - no need to skimp on water to conserve flavor and thickness!
