Fast and accurate delivery! However, when I tried to contact Fragrance Express via email, I got NO response. The very pretty flower cap was stuck and I couldn't open the bottle. After a struggle, I finally got it off only to discover that in the process, the spray nozzle got damaged. I emailed to get a replacement nozzle but got absolutely NO response!
